Small Town's Lively

Thanksgiving we kept it lively. Intense dart matches (Cricket folks, it's all about Cricket!) And if you know a thing or two bout it look at those darts! Also, I made this amazing gluten-free pie Recipe . :Here:. (If you want to know ... the floor was the only one who  got a taste of it... I dropped it shortly thereafter this pic.) I made the pie for my ward to help out, because we were headed  to Chuck-a-rama with some great friends. You have got to do that one year. No mess, cheap, and a blast. And a frozen yogurt machine. Sadly we still had to work (welcome to real life!) But we had our usual strolls to the Valley Wide to get some pops. Black Friday presented itself with some great deals online... we went to see what Walmart was like at 8pm because Austin and I had never "Black Friday-ed." Never. Again. However.... midnight at Target, Santa came  early to Brennyn! Great deal on some boots I

Show and Tell

If you know our family, we all do something really cool.  So I want to show off my cousin's amazing jewelry business: Adeline Mae Designs by Michelle Barnes Okay so remember my fitness blog Bona Fide Bren? Well she makes girly jewelry for fitness journeys :D She has milestone bracelets for weight-loss, triathlons, etc.   I can tell you already I want to add the 30lb milestone to my collection! Here are the bracelets she sent me!  And her shop is .:here:. You might want to jump on it too for Christmas because she has a Holiday sale!

In the Coop

We apologize for not writing in a bit... we've been fighting sickness, and most of all we've been cooped up.  Me here:  Austin here:  We had to do something about that.  So we went on a good old fashioned Braustin date! Costa Vida!  Now this is how you do it Braustin style - get a Rexburg Saver (coupon book) and rip out the "Buy one $5.99 daily special, get another free." Grab your student ID so you can pick any day's special (Tuesday's is the pork barbacoa!) And you got a $3 a piece dinner trough with a drink included.

A Very Pusheen Halloween

Happy Halloween! Here are some photos from our Halloween 2012 <3 Basically, we trick-or-treated at Carla's (my professor) and she treated us to cider and candy. Super nice of her! We made sure to reverse-trick-or-treat her with a jar of our homemade peach jam. We tried to go to the carnival at the school, but it was super lame and we were sorry we didn't stay to watch "The Field" with Carla, her family, and Annie.  But... we've kind of made a tradition with Applebee's on Halloween, and they have a friendly menu for me :D Everyone was dressed up in there and it was a riot on its own! I was Pusheen- Last minute costume... and Austin was a gory mexican cowboy. He was proud about making fake blood, and I was proud about my 1-hour crochet additives. (After the Halloween Pics is a little blurb about our Provident Living ;) ) As for our Provident Living,  I learned from a phillipino lady online how to best
