I posted this recipe on Bona Fide Bren, but it's both of our favorites!
Basically, we are on our last week of Insanity and on a mostly (for Austin) gluten-free diet... and we all know how much meat can cost! So needless to say, we have to pack in the calories with protein in order to stay fit and healthy with all our exercising! It's good in general just for a meal or whatever, but I use it for an added pack of protein and the calories I need!
And yes I know I have too much BYU-I pride shhh.
Brennyn's Choco-Berry Protein Smoothie!
1 cup of coconut milk (Silk, not those canned kind!)
5 frozen strawberries
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1/2 cup honey Greek yogurt
