We visited my dad over the MLK Holiday, and also got to celebrate Mia's birthday with her! A big number 7! We really enjoyed playing four square with her, picking her up from school, going to Viva Pops --which by the way is amazing, I had pumpkin coconut curry, Mia had Pomegranate Violet, Austin Mango Orange, and my dad (crazy as always) picked the Lavender Honey Goat Milk. Surprisingly amazing!
Lisa planned a wonderful birthday for Mia which took place at an ice rink. I believe it was her first time and Mia was skating by the end mostly by herself!
San Diego was beautiful and despite the ice rink photos, it was a stunning 68-78 degrees! Of course we got some beach time! We had a small after-Christmas where we exchanged gifts and also got our favorite --Mexican Hot Chocolate!
Mia and I got to make our Limeade together because we have a big old tree that makes the best limes in our backyard. I loved standing side by side with my sister and showing her how to make it. I love my family so much!
